OHH Sourdough and Leavened Bread Workshop
During this two-day workshop, we will answer the question of why leavened cereal products are good as well as go through all the steps of bread making process. We will start with leaven, how to grow, feed and store it. We will talk about which flour and tools to choose, and the main mistakes to avoid. We will teach you the best ways to decorate and show you the tools to do it. And of course, we will reward ourselves with fresh and warm sourdough bread! Additionally, we will talk about what else can be made from leaven.
The workshop is for 10-12 people.
